The "Summer Schools" graduation program held within the scope of Bülbülzade Foundation's 2024 Summer Activities was held on Friday, August 2.*Foundation center summer school,*Semt-i Ibrahimli Association Summer School,*Gazikent Bilim-Der Summer School, *Character Education Summer Activities at Home,*Anatolian Culture Centers Summer Schools in Gaziantep, *Summer Schools in Child Life Centers in Islahiye Nurdağı Earthquake Zone,*Life Giving Jobs camp *A total of 20 summer schools were held with thousands of students and more than a hundred educators in the Anatolian Cultural Centers in Azaz, Afrin, al-Bab and Jarabulus districts in the Safe Zone.The final program of these summer schools was held in the garden of Sevinç Bahattin Teymur Anatolian Imam Hatip High School on Friday, August 2, with the enthusiastic participation of all summer school coordinators, teachers, parents and children.The program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Buhari Manaf. Afterwards, Mr. Zeynel Kaplan, Executive Director of Bülbülzade Foundation and Mr. Celal Er, President of Anatolian Student Union made opening speeches.The program continued with the performances of the students from all summer schools. The performances, which had been prepared for weeks, attracted great attention from the participants.At the end of the program, the educators who fulfilled their duties with great devotion were invited to the stage and presented with certificates of appreciation and gifts.The program ended after a group photo was taken with all participants.

Bülbülzade Foundation organized a picnic event for summer school students. The event allowed the children to spend time in touch with nature and have fun with various games.Competitions were organized on the playgrounds set up in the picnic area, and the children both relieved their energy with physical activities and reinforced their team spirit.Songs were sung throughout the event, adding joy to the children's enthusiasm. The picnic area turned into a festive place with the songs sung in unison. 

On Wednesday, August 31st, Basic First Aid and Basic Life Support Training was organized by the Anatolian Student Union (ASU) as part of Bülbülzade Foundation Summer Activities. The training was given by Dr. Nihat Bakırcı, Research Assistant at Gaziantep University Department of Emergency Medicine.In the training, the topics of "Basic First Aid", "Basic Life Support", "Basic Life Support Steps", "Injured Patient", "First Intervention to Injured Patient" and "Approach to Bleeding Patient" were discussed.

Bülbülzade Foundation Family Camp was held on July 20-21 at Erikçe Adventure Campground with the participation of volunteer families.On the first day, after the entrance to the camp and group arrangements, the rules of acquaintance were explained, tent installation training was given, tents were set up and wood collection was carried out.After lunch, which was eaten together, activities started in the campground. After the fun and beautiful moments of activities such as climbing, archery, educational games, zipline, darts and cargo net, dinner was served.The first day ended with conversations and chats around the campfire lit in the campsite where the tents were set up.On the second day, after waking up in the morning, morning sports and nature walks were organized. After breakfast, the families packed their tents and returned home.The family camp, which is organized for families to get to know each other and get to know each other closely, will continue with new camps in the future.

Bülbülzade Foundation Iftar, which is traditionally organized by Bülbülzade Foundation every year, was held at the Foundation Center this year. A large number of participants attended the iftar program. Many people attended the Iftar Program, including MPs, Local Government, Universities, Public Institutions, Neighborhood tradesmen, neighbors, Mosque Imams, School Principals, Foundation Units, Anatolian Federation Member Associations.Traditional Iftar Program started with Ney recital and recitation of the Holy Quran. Then a prayer was read by Gaziantep Provincial Mufti Hüseyin Hazırlar who attended the program. As the program continued, Turgay Aldemir, President of Bülbülzade Foundation, started his greeting speech.In his speech, Turgay Aldemir drew attention to the human tragedy in Gaza. Aldemir continued his speech by saying "We are spending a month of Ramadan in the shadow of the human tragedy in Gaza". The main points touched upon in the speech;"This time last year, we were experiencing the most intense and hottest moments of the earthquake. We were mobilized with our volunteers in the field, in every corner of the region, to meet the basic needs of our citizens. Our volunteers were breaking iftar together with people affected by the earthquake rather than their own families... At this point, the basic needs in the earthquake region were shaped as socio-cultural activities, vocational courses, child-friendly areas, social areas, skill-based training activities... As we have seen both in the earthquake process and in the humanitarian drama in Gaza, we have seen that civil society structures are the structures that promise hope to humanity in multiple crises."Aldemir mentioned the following in his remarks about Civil Society Organizations and Volunteers;"As individuals who carry out voluntary activities in civil structures, each of us has certain responsibilities regarding society, the environment and humanity..."Lastly, Turgay Aldemir on the fact that our age is open to rapid innovations and changes;"While sidewalks, buildings and cities are being renewed, it is unthinkable for us, the conscience of cities, to stand still. Every renewal brings with it new needs...".Participants who made speeches on the stage in the continuation of the program; Gaziantep Islamic Science and Technology University Rector Şehmus Demir, Gaziantep MP Bünyamin Bozgeyik and Mehmet Bozgeyik, one of the ancient rulers and former MPs of Gaziantep, expressed their gratitude for the iftar invitations of Bülbülzade Foundation for their sincere conversations and kind hospitality.The Traditional Iftar Program ended with acquaintances and mingling.

On Friday, March 16th, a Boat Fasting event was organized at the Foundation headquarters. In the program, Kaf Mountain Storyteller Meddah Yusuf Duru told the story of Hüda and the Fasting Bird for the children who attended the event. After the storytelling, the children broke their fast with the adhan and prayer. The event ended after the photo shoot.

On March 8, International Women's Day, as Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality City Council, Life Center and Katre Art Center, we are with our women and children. We would like to thank the participants and the residents of the container city for another first in the container city.We multiply happiness as we share, we reduce pain as we share, and we are here like the first day to heal the wounds.

Katre Art and Science Center teachers organized a concert at Pusula Kitap Kahve.

On the anniversary of the February 6 earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş, we organized various activities with our volunteers.

The 4th Focus Group Meetings organized by BEKAM were held with the title "Resilient Civil Society".

On Saturday, February 10, a concert prepared by teachers and students was held at our Foundation's Katre Art and Science Center. This special concert, bearing the fruits of the education provided by the talented instructors of the center, was held with enthusiasm in the halls of the art center.Participants watched the performances of young students and experienced teachers with great interest and appreciation. This event organized by Katre Art and Science Center was a meeting that emphasized the importance of education with the universal language of music.
