Within the scope of Bülbülzade Foundation's cultural activities, the second "Summer Activities" meeting was held with the Anatolian Student Union, Secondary Education, Mosaic, Eke, Migration, İstikrar Sports Club, Media and Katre Science and Art Centre units within the Foundation.During the meeting, ideas were exchanged about the activities to be held during the summer season in the fields of social, cultural, artistic, sportive and nature.In the third meeting to be held, plans will be made at the point of realisation by creating the infrastructure of the collected ideas.

The programme was moderated by Hüseyin Rahmi Açıkkol, the presenter of the programme, and was hosted by Researcher-Author Asım Mıhçıoğlu and Researcher-Author İbrahim Alisinanoğlu. The visitors visited our Foundation President Turgay Aldemir after the radio programme.Turgay Aldemir, President of the Foundation, shared his efforts to contribute to the cultural and social development of the city and his future projects with the visitors.,

Bülbülzade Foundation organized a day trip to the historical and cultural sites of Gaziantep with the participation of secondary school students.In the trip organized with the support of Şahinbey Municipality, students visited places such as the National Struggle Museum, Traditional Sports Center, Şahinbey Millet Mosque, as well as Gaziantep city tour by open-top bus.The trip, which aimed to contribute to the acquisition of many national, spiritual and scientific gains, ended at the foundation center. 

Anatolian Federation Teacher Unit visited Bülbülzade Foundation Teacher Unit.On Wednesday, May 1, the Anatolian Federation Teacher Unit and Bülbülzade Foundation Teacher Unit held talks about the agenda at the Foundation headquarters.During the meeting; Turkey Century Maarif Model prepared by the Ministry of National Education, Expectations from the Teacher Commission, participation in the 18th Anatolian Meetings and discussions were held about the agendas related to education.

Şanlıurfa-based El Fırat Association officials visited our Foundation President Turgay Aldemir. Information about our activities and projects as Bülbülzade Foundation was presented to the officials who came for the visit.Ideas were consulted about joint activities with Al-Fatrates Association.

Anadolu Student Union organized a cultural trip to Mardin with the participation of university students, volunteers and educators.During the day trip, historical and cultural sites such as Kasımiye Madrasa, Dara Ancient City, Mor Yakup Church, Zeynel Abidin Mosque, White Water, Midyat Guest House, Midyat Bazaar, Deyruz Zaferan Monastery and Great Mosque of Mardin were visited with guides.The participants also visited Mardin Artuklu University as the guest of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Reşit Yıldız and visited Mardin Bazaar after the visit.We would like to thank Prof. Dr. Reşit Yıldız, Vice Rector of Mardin Artuklu University and Mehmet Fidan, Head of SKS Department of the university for their support during the trip.

Within the scope of For a Happy Tomorrow project, a day camp program was organized in Dülük forest for secondary school students and young people.In the camp program, Yılmaz Ergen made a presentation on "Environmental Awareness" to the students.Students planted laurel saplings in the forest during the day camp program. A nature walk was organized as a team.The program ended after the students were served dinner.

In Al Bab Anatolian Cultural Center, special activities were organized for April 23rd Children's Day.Within the scope of the program, various games were organized for children and gifts were distributed.The participants had a colorful and fun day and experienced the joy of Eid.

The fourth of the Child Life Centers established by our Foundation for children in earthquake zones was opened in Nurdağı with the support of the Swiss Eid Forum Association.The opening program was attended by Nurdağı Coordinator District Governor Ayşe İrem Çetin, President of Bülbülzade Foundation Turgay Aldemir, President of Swiss Eid Forum Association Gökmen Gökdemir, families affected by the earthquake, children and our volunteers who have been working in the region since the first day.Before the opening program, April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day was celebrated with games played and songs sung with the children affected by the earthquake under the coordination of volunteer educators.The Children's Life Center, which was opened as a gift for April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day for children living in Nurdağı, one of the regions most affected by the February 6th earthquakes, was designed as a play, activity and education area for children.We would like to thank our volunteers and Swiss Eid Forum Association for their support.

The Read and Comment project organized by the Anatolian Student Union continues in its 2nd term. On Saturday, April 20, at Pusula Kitap Kahve, Şaban Ali Düzgün's book Varoluş Sancısı was analyzed with the moderation of Salih Oğlakçı and the presentation of Ahmet Furkan Köşker.The following words of Şaban Ali Düzgün's book "The Pain of Existence" made an impact; "The condition of existence is to exist.", "The revival of a good life begins with the destruction of evil."The book analysis, which continued with questions and answers and contributions of the participants, ended with Furkan Köşker's music recital.In May, the second book of the project, "Thinking Islam" will be analyzed.
